Christine Sweet has over 20 years diverse experience of working in social care supporting and enabling people of all ages at times of major change or crisis in their lives, or when dealing with chronic illness or disability. Her main area of focus for several years was mental health for older people, in particular people with dementia and their carers. She has experience of working with children and young families, and people with learning difficulties. She is a qualified therapist able to offer and demonstrate techniques for dealing with stress, or other emotional and physical issues.
