has worked in the voluntary, commercial and public sectors and has a wide range of experience helping people to achieve their goals. He has worked for many years in the health and social care sector with a particular emphasis on mental health and well-being.  An experienced Trainer who is able to deliver bespoke courses including mental coaching and stress management.

Christine Sweet has over 20 years diverse experience of working in social care supporting and enabling people of all ages at times of major change or crisis in their lives, or when dealing with chronic illness or disability. Her main area of focus for several years was mental health for older people, in particular people with dementia and their carers. She has experience of working with children and young families, and people with learning difficulties. She is a qualified therapist able to offer and demonstrate techniques for dealing with stress, or other emotional and physical issues.

Community Dementia Link Worker in Gloucestershire and a Dementia Friends Champion.

Instructor for Mental Health First Aid for the Armed Forces Community and MHFA Lite Instructor.
